Türkiye has over 200 surviving caravanserai (han) from the Silk Road era. Many are crumbling ruins in fields; a handful have been restored as boutique hotels where you sleep under a 600-year stone dome. This tool picks the ones worth a stop on a route from Bursa / Bilecik to Kayseri / Sivas, with current visit/sleep status.

Most surviving hans date from the 13th–14th centuries (Seljuk and early Ottoman). Some are 800+ years old.
